Each HOA ( Homeowners Association) determines their own fees. These fees are charged to each homeowner to cost of community maintenance and is dependant upon what they cover/maintain. Additionally, some HOA communities have more amentites than others. HOA fees that are collected may cover items such as: building insurance, water/sewer, roof repairs/roof replacement, common area maintenance, cable, amenities etc. The HOA is a mandatory fee assessed by each separate community that can be charged to the home owner on a monthly or quarterly basis. If you have any questions on a particular community, I have most of the community HOA numbers on my website which is: The HOA link is on the bottom right hand side of my page.

My clients in Georgian Courts pay an HOA fee of $150 and is billed monthly. It covers exterior building insurance, common area maintenance, painting of the exterior of the townhomes, pool maintenance.

In palm beach county, no dress code is kind've a privilege. There is William T Dwyer too, they have the most relaxed dress code I've seen. ... more
