The property you are inquiring about is a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath unit in Imperial House which is a Co-Op so make sure you get full disclosure of the terms of the land lease prior to making any buying decisions. The association fees are very reasonable at this small building situated just north of the Ritz Carlton. The community is making some major renovations but I do believe the assessments have been paid by the seller but again make sure you get full disclosure. The last sale of the same floor plan was back in July of last year and it closed at $75,000 after being listed at $101,000 down from the original list price of $117,000. There was a smaller studio apartment that has also sold over the past year and it closed at $49,000 back in March of last year.

This property is not a listing but instead a notice of a foreclosure auction that is being picked up by Trulia through a syndication from RealtyTrac a company looking for you to sign up for their paid services You are much better served by working with a qualified Realtor® who can provide you this information for free.

The property is in Mayfair House located at 3589 S Ocean Boulevard on the west side of A1A just north of the Ritz Carlton. Fannie Mae took this property over back in March and hopefully we will see it hot the market soon. If you would like me to notify you when it is available please give me a call or send me an e-mail.

The unit you are inquiring about is in The Palm Beacher right on South Ocean jus south of the Robert Harris Bridge. It is a Co-op so be aware of that and the current association fees are running about $500 per month but varies with unit size. Please be aware that this is a 55+ building and you are able to lease the unit but there are restrictions. Like many 55+ communities pets are a no-no which is truly a shame!
