I am currently selling my 3/2 that has been totally remodeled. 5907 NW 52nd Terrace This is a steal and is listed for less than I purchased it in 2006. There are over 40k in improvements. I wish I could keep it, this is a great neighborhood and I hope I can find one like it in West Palm. Call Tiffany Thomas Realty if interested. This home won't last and backs up to Devils Millhopper.

As Don, below indicated get a lawyer or write a letter with proof of mailing.
Then get an attorney to write a letter.

Not necessarily....homes from the same location, built by the same builder, may appear to be the same, however, to the buyer each home is very individual.

Consider comparing your home to the others from the price, condition, and appeal perspective and I'm sure you will be able to appreciate the difference....again, the buyers will!

The lender I use recently told me about a loan program he has that sounds like a perfect fit for you and it's conventional not FHA. This can be very advantageous based on the recent change to the FHA program requiring mortgage insurance for the life of the loan. You will need PMI on a conventional deal but my lender will pay for it upfront for you!

I had a similar situation last month. It was resolved at the closing by attorney requesting county assessor's office to update their records with correct address. It delay the closing by 2 days, so I would advise getting your attorney to fix the issue prior to closing. Good luck.
