Hi Katrina,

You may have found someone already, but if not, we are very versed in USDA loans. I have closed them all over the country, although I am local, here in MD.

I can do a full underwriting approval ahead of time if need be and I also offer credit score improvement programs for free while we work on your mortgage.

If there was something that was both more enjoyable AND more lucrative than selling real estate, Syreeta, I think we'd already be doing it.

Zip code 21117 is a big area. You should talk with an Accredited Buyer Representative and have them sit down with you so they can learn exactly what you are looking for in a home. With that and a pre-approval from a lender, listings can be pulled and a comparable market analysis can be done on the properties you like.

With BRAC coming into FT Meade, it may cause the house prices in Baltimore, Howard and Anne Arundel Counties to increase. This is only a guess.

This home is located in my office's main territory. This neighborhood is often referred to as "The Sunnys," because most of the streets begin with "Sunny." This particular home is being sold as a foreclosure, so this price is not indicative of the prices in this neighborhood at all. About half of the homes on Delight Meadows were built in the seventies and eighties, but there are also homes built in the mid to late nineties which are much larger and higher in price.

I am very familiar with this and surrounding areas and would be happy to assist you for a home that would work in your price range. If you are interested my assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me!

John & Brian both gave very good answers. I recently settled a listing that was a short sale with a cash buyer that wanted to close in 30 days and it took the bank 90 to approve the sale. So cash did not motivate them at all. We were placed in order of the completed packages that were submitted. ... more

It is listed as being under contract, but is contingent. Which means you could submit a contract and potentially kick out the first buyer. If you are interested in homes actively for sale, please contact me.
