If you are referring to the map that shows the crime in the area - it is just showing that this area had one violent crime reported to the police in that area - .. if you want to know more about the nature of that one crime you would need to contact the local police department.

I hope that helps.

if you are looking for a rental, i have a business colleague who can help you find a rental property - just shoot me an email with your phone number/text and i will have her call you.

This listing does have a fenced backyard. It is not a very big one, probably good for a small dog to be happy with.

That was a loaded question! Did you find your favorite area yet? As a realtor, I would have to say that it depends on your price point, whether you want a neighborhood pool or other amenities, what size and how much privacy you want in your back yard, whether you want a finished or a walkout basement, etc. If you find a home that was built in the last five years, it will probably already have the upgrades you are hoping to find. You may find that Leawood, Lenexa, or Olathe offer newer neighborhoods that are also within a ten or fifteen minute drive to Sprint. I'll be interested to know if you have landed somewhere yet. ... more

Composition roof is absolutely better. The top 3 insurance companies (Farmers, State Farm and Allstate) all have a 1% of dwelling coverage deductible on wood roofs and they charge a higher premium...this will definitely cost you money over the long run. Call me as I am happy to run a quote for you!
