Ms. Olivares, If you are looking for a home in the Overbrook section. I currently have listed a beautiful 3 story 6 bedroom 2 bath home for sale. The home has been completely renovated and is in move in condition. I have lived in overbrook since 1998 and I love the area. You are close to city avenue and a hop, skip and a jump to pretty much anywhere. Please give me a call or an email to discuss the area or my listing.

Regards,

Hi Benadeta,

In my opinion, any potential issue with a roof, is a potential big deal. I would have a professional home inspector to take a closer look at the missing brick and, if it's a big deal in the inspector's opinion, you would now be in a better position to make a more informed decision about the home. If you're not working with an agent, feel free to contact me... I'm curious about that brick now- lol!! Enjoy your Memorial Day Holiday!

Kind Regards,
