Best of luck Paula. I would also hold high value to a trusted REALTOR®'s recommendation first before proceeding as Cindi mentioned. You may (strongly enforce "may") be able to bill your staging costs to escrow otherwise the money will come out of pocket immediately. It "may" cost you a little bit more to bill to escrow and not all stagers exercise/allow for this option for payment for risk of the home not closing. All things that a local REALTOR® can tell you best of what option you have.
