Hi,

Please note that once you post your property on Zillow as For Sale by Owner or For Sale, it will syndicate to Trulia after 24 to 48 hours. There is no way to post your listing as For Sale and For Rent at the same time.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Kaelee, I can suggest you look at the "giants" of rental market, but you can trust, that there is nothing better than Rentberry in case you want to
1) find an affordable property with adequate security deposit.
2) perform all actions being at the same time in Michigan.
3) lease your agreement online.
4) pay your rent in future via the Internet.
Rentberry has hundreds of approved landlords and agents and 24/7 tech support, so you can have no fear. You pay only 20$ after the lease agreement will be signed. Reconsider that. Link is int the web-refference.
Have a good luck!

Have you checked Craigslist? I know that some private owners advertise their properties on that site. Often times owners will put a yard sign in front of an available rentals, so if you have an area in mind, you may want to drive around to look for these signs.

Do you plan to move from the Casselberry area? For example, I believe there are some rentals in the Highlands area of Winter Springs that meet your budget.

Trulia does not do rental listings directly. You need to go to Zillow and the info will eventually filter through.

Your best bet would be to ask this question to your college. Short term rental is a problem in Florida because any lease under 6 months attracts 12% tourist tax.
