Omar Jones answered:
Hey,
Answer these questions...
How much can you afford?
Where in Orlando or area do you plan to work?
Do you have kids? How old are they?
The high demand neighborhoods (good schools, good shopping, low crime) will cost between 1300-2000 a month.
The less demand neighborhoods will cost between 800-1200 a month.

Pre Foreclosure is ahome that is usually behind in mortgage payments, it usually takes a long time for the lender to actually file the foreclosure paperwork with the county and do the eviction proceedings. While an owner is in preforeclosure they can usually make good on their payments before the house is actually foreclosed on at the county. Also, many banks are encouraging the owners to go thru a short sale process instead of the foreclosure process. We have many short sales and bank owned propertis here. Tatiana Trubceac answered:
I wouldn't recommend moving right now, because the rental prices are going up, due to deficiency of inventory for sale. Right now you're looking to spend at least what you're paying now, for the downgraded house in the Moss Park area, unless you opt for a 2-bed condo. That will put you in $1100 range.
Please feel free to email or call for more info or assistance.
Kind regards,
Tatiana Trubceac

Hi Jamal,

What brought you up here? Were you visiting Moss Park? I live here in Lake Nona, 32832. I LOVE the small town feel. Publix & resaurants are nearby, but the hussle & bussle is not. Yet, I'm close to everything. The medical city is building up & thus so is our area. What kind of information are you looking for? Are you thinking of moving here?

Contact me if I can help.

Yes, just because the person who complained chose to withdraw it, doesn't mean that the investigation stops. DBPR will continue the investigation until they either determine that you're guilty or innocent of charges filed against you.

Just make sure you have all your ducks in a row and if you have done nothing wrong, it shou. ld be over quickly
