Right now you're looking to spend at least what you're paying now, for the downgraded house in the Moss Park area, unless you opt for a 2-bed condo. That will put you in $1100 range.

Yet, I'm close to everything. The medical city is building up & thus so is our area. What kind of information are you looking for? Are you thinking of moving here?

Yes, just because the person who complained chose to withdraw it, doesn't mean that the investigation stops. DBPR will continue the investigation until they either determine that you're guilty or innocent of charges filed against you.
