Hi,

I apologize we have false foreclosure information listed on our home details page. This data is provided to us from Zillow foreclosures and we currently do not have the ability to edit or remove the information that they are sending us.

Please be advised that I have created a ticket to Zillow Consumer Care to request the removal of the foreclosure status from your property. Once the status is removed from Zillow, it will automatically update to Trulia after 24-48 hours.

Thank you for using Trulia!

18 years isn't all that old. Just make use of the contingency period to have the home inspected by a professional home inspector

Hi Mr Dad?,

Trulia would not send out Realtor notices unless the Realtor paid to advertise on Trulia. Consequently many requests were never seen by the Realtor. Zillow bought Trulia and now Zillow notifies agents about Trulia contacts. It should get better. If I don't work the area you are interested in, and If you can't find a Realtor to work with you in that area; I will find you a good one in the area. Call Diane 864-341-3948 or me, John, 864-341-3948 jonathan.Gillespie@phmc.com ... more

Daphne,
That home is sold but based on what you have told me, I think you may be able to get a loan.
I am not an expert at loans but they will based your pre approval amount based on your credit score, income and debt ratio.

I do recommend you to consult with a local mortgage officer to see if you may be eligible for VA.

Karen Choe answered:
Sold as is means that the seller is not willing or cannot fix anything with the home.
Term is used over and over again with many foreclosure homes or short sale homes simply because sellers are not in situation to pay for the repairs or the bank who owns the property have reduced the price drastically for the buyer to purchase at the afforadable price to accomodate the cost of the repairs.
As far as renting goes, I'm not an expert at rental properties. I can definitely connect you to our rental department to find out more about it.
Thanks!
