Hell yeah there are a lot of snakes, raccoons, armadillos, small alligators and Eagles so you have to be careful renting places near water, lakes and ponds. Raccoons hang out around trash dumps so don't take a place near one. Oak leaf plantation, Fleming island and most areas in orange park are good and Bartram Springs in Jacksonville, the south side is best. ... more

You can contact Trulia directly at (888) 466-3501 and try to escalate the issue up to their management. Otherwise, you may need to call your attorney general to get involved in blocking all future scam postings of your home on Trulia. ... more

Your best bet would be to contact a few business in the area and see what they are all paying per square foot of space. I can tell you in my area of New Hampshire an average cost is about $ 12 per square foot. This would not be triple net just base rent. One of my offices we rent here in the Lake Sunapee region is about 1,400 square feet and we pay $ 1,500 for rent and that includes heat/garbage removal/lawn care/snow removal etc. Hope you find this helpful.
