Hello Bill,

Both have a lot to offer. Just take a look at what is important to you and your lifestyle. Where do you need to be for a comfortable commute to work? Do you mind HOA fees? Orange Park Country Club has an HOA fee of $1120 a year. Magnolia Point has a HOA fee of about $1312 annually. I would also advise you to be careful when looking for property in Orange Park Country Club. There is a big part of the neighborhood that is in a FLOOD ZONE and will require flood insurance. Be sure to have your Realtor double check the FEMA Flood zone maps to verify the property you are interested in is or is not in a flood zone. By the way, flood insurance is not cheap!

Good luck with your home search.

Jackson Willis answered:
Fire protection rating is basically just a numerical rating of how safe you are when trying to protect yourself against fires. There are a few things you can do to improve your ratings, but for the most part, you don't have much control over it. I would suggest talking to your local fire department about your rating, and if you can do anything to change the rating.

Kim Knapp answered:
It really depends on the property. The size, location, bedrooms, baths, ammenties (water access etc..). Rentals in many ways can be no different than a home for sale. One caveat, there is not an appraisal. Then it comes down to what a renter is willing to pay and what an owner will rent it for. Is there a specific home you are inquiring about?
