Dan Tabit answered:

Trulia does not accept FSBO listings. There are sites that do, but if you posted here and on every other site that allows you to, you won't get the level of exposure that listing with a great local agent and appearing on your local MLS will get you.

A great agent is worth more than their commission, but a bad one or none at all can cost you way more than just a commission. Consider discussing your options with someone worth working with and then do whatever you feel is in your best interest. Best of luck however you proceed.

Trulia does not support For Sale By Owner listings. All listings on Trulia are generated by the listing Real estate agent; Trulia scans the MLS data base and posts that information to their web site. If you have your home listed through a licensed Realtor then your listing should appear on Trulia within 72 hours after going live in the MLS system ... more

You have to sort through them. They are out there.

Maybe your price range is a reason for many average flips. Many investors purchased low a few years ago and are now ready to reap the benefits of the market incline. Rotten cabinetry is not exclusive to just flips!

You will likely need to look at more homes to find the right now. Definitely have a good Realtor assist you. They can weed out the flips if you don't want to deal with them.

Depending on the lien type, it can take some time. Read your contract carefully prior to walking away if it comes to that. Consulting an attorney in that event may be wise also.

As a retired couple,. we located in Orange City because it has a very low crime rate, compared to Deltona and Deland. Lived here 4 years, the Sheriff's website is excellent to use to see what has happened crimewise. West of the highway 17/92 is middle-class neighborhoods, and on the east side is higher class neighborhoods (with higher taxes.) Check on the cost of the water bills for the home you might buy and then consider buying a home with a well, like we did. Orange City is located between the Orlando attractions and Daytona Beach activities - and has a great shopping and restaurants, excellent schools. ... more

If you pay an annual registration fee or tax to the DMV you should be able to take it to the DMV and have it removed.

Hope that helps!

Jeramie Vaine answered:

This is a valid concern for short sale process of a home. The first step is to always consult your attorney and let them know your current situation.

In Florida there are a few possible outcomes that can occur from a short sale, from being given a promissory note to pay the difference between your mortgage amount and sales price to being released and satisfied from your mortgage.

Keep in mind these are just a few possibilities, if you would like to have more questions answers please contact me. I can help you with this process!
