We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Request Viewing" button. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

There are tons of rentals under 100, but I guess you are looking for something pretty big if you are having trouble finding some.

Also there's NO interview process for buying a house , so yes, the interview/background check for renting is much harder. It's ridiculous oin some places in fact. ... more

It is always a common response when such a question is posted to direct the questioner to the local law enforcement who will in turn direct you to their website which is what you are looking at right now that created your question. (I'm confident you are NOT looking at the Trulia crime map)

Not long ago a newspaper investigative reporter delved into this question as it pertains to crime reporting in CLEARWATER Florida. Her discovery highlights the fact a consumer really, really, really, really needs to understand the source of the data (Truila vs Sherrif vs local police) and how the collection of the data varies from one agency to another. and one municipality to another.

Without the required insight you WILL be mislead by organizations who exist through deception. Crime maps on non professional websites is NOT a good solution.....for folks needing to make a decision..

If you are serious about a home purchase and want the PRIVATE report, give me a call.

Best of success,

The seller likely really wants certified funds for the closing. Ask the if they would accept a cashiers check from your bank. You should be able to get one for free or for less than $10. If you will not be present at the closing, then the wire is easiest way to get certified funds to the sellers title company. If you haven't done so, call your bank and check on the wire fees. I think you find them much lower than you think. Many bank offer the service for free. ... more
