There is a section for condo fee monthly amount ...* this amount and put it under remarks if there is no other place for it on your MLS sheet. More info is always better.

Today there are 30 homes that are actively being marketed in Sayrewoods South, 4 of which I am marketing myself. There is 1 property in attorney review and 14 that are Under Contract. Of these 15 homes...I am involved in 8 of the transactions. That means I am working on 53.3% fo the Sayrewood South Market. It is a very large market share because I call this place my backyard. I have lived here for 32 years and have a lot of experience selling homes here. If you are interested in selling or purchasing a home in this area I suggest we meet and discuss your options.
All the best,

John Sacktig answered:
Hi Monique,

Contact an attorney that deals with short sales. If this person is conducting real estate transactions without a license, I am not sure it is legal.

There is no reason to have a realtor involved, a good real estae attorney can help. Let me know if you need a contact.
