Read the small letters in your bill. I had an issue before at a property that was vacant. I hadn't used water and didn't sign up for Waste water but was billed for a large amount of it. Found out they group together a large area of customers then just split the bill by dividing it by the number of customers. Also, wastewater was higher in the fall I believe. I had called to complain. Told them I would pay for an equal amount to amount of water used and not be grouped in unfairly when property was vacant. I was chewed up by some rude woman over the phone but they did at least reduce the bill. Read the fine print. They also usually bill for more than one month at a time. Good luck... more
