The city council keeps talking about more things to use MAPS funds for. I suspect it will be extended again.

My family and I enjoy going to events in The Paseo. I think the University Park neighborhood just north of the arts district is RIPE for a renovation boom. There are some beautifully renovated homes there, and the homes in need of rejuvenation are priced very, very reasonably. I would like to see the City of Oklahoma City go through and redo the sidewalks in this area. They really need it!

If you are looking for a diamond in the rough to renovate and can't afford Crown Heights, I think the neighborhoods around The Paseo are a great, affordable choice! If you need a Realtor to keep an eye out for a great buy, I'd love to help you. Best wishes!

A title agent that is available to answer questions, AFTER 5 and even on weekends.

A title agent that does not lock the doors and turn the answering machine on at 5:01 pm

A title agent that doesn’t huff and puff when you want to schedule a closing at 5:30 or an out of office closing

A title agent that understands that us mortgage folks are sales people and are not the most detail orientated people around and to cut us some slack when we forget to order title or mention the customer had a second mortgage.
