Thank you Chris! I called one of Trulia's local agents and she said it had been for sale but that it would seem it is lived in now.
My issue is and I realize it isn't their fault but why and how can a site like Trulia have a place and not have a way for their site to be constantly monitored in order for a probable scam to be caught. Both of these companies have their own properties and properties they manage for investors and absentee homeowners. Unfortunately, for those needing to lease in the Oklahoma City Metro area, including Edmond, the vacancy rate is 1% so rental properties bring a premium price right now.

Any property can go section 8 as long as;
1) The owner will accept your voucher
2) They, the owner, meet the section 8 vender standards
3) The property meets section 8 standards

Call "For Rent" properties in the local newspaper and call "For Rent" signs, while driving the neighborhoods and just ask the owner if they take section 8.
