The Supra C500 is a pushbutton combination lockbox... so Realtors would not have access to this lockbox unless someone gave them the combination.

Call the agent you used to buy the property, and ask him/her to contact the prior listing agent, and get them to remove the lockbox. The likelihood is that they just forgot that it's there. If, for some reason, you can't get any results through your agent... or by contacting the agent who originally listed your home... I would follow Scott's advice and get a set of bolt cutters and cut it off and discard it.

Good luck.

You can not just transfer it, reciprocal usually means you just have to take the state law portion instead of both, but i would call the FL real estate commission to be sure.

Most counties in FL have the mailing addresses of property owners available on the county property appraiser's web site. Very easy to look up.

The big decision maker will be cost. To do a glass enclosure right, where you don't have the humidity issues, you're looking at 10 - 20 times the cost of a screen enclosure to do glass. A typical screen enclosure will cost around $10,000. The code compliant glass room, is going to need climate control and impact glass windows. The company I know closely in Orlando area says you're looking at $150,000+ for that.... but it then becomes habitable living area of sqft added to the house.

We are looking at buying a 2,500,000 home that has a great rental history and income. So far all loans have required 20-30% down. Does anyone offer a 10-15% down payment?

Great credit…

Hi Shelby,

I have an investor that will do a VA one time construction loan for a land/modular build but they require a 620 score so you'll need to work on bringing your scores up a little bit.

Take a look at the recommendations from some of my past clients on my Trulia profile by clicking the link below my phone number.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or help.
