I know most of the time, the fine is considerably greater than the investment of just getting the permit. Otherwise, it would be much more efficient for everyone to just install roofing without the permit, and pay the fine instead. I would definitely suggest just taking the time to get the permit, and save yourself the trouble of paying up to ten times as much. ... more

Dear Susan,
The best way to find a pharmacy in a new area is by asking your friends and neighbors. If you haven't moved there yet, try calling the real estate agent for that property. The locals will always be able to give you the best information. You can even ask which pharmacy has the best hours or the lowest costs.

A permit would be required for any structure larger than 10' foot by 12' foot, the size of a small "work shed" which is popular. A typical shipping container is approximately 40-foot by 8 foot and whether used for storage or outdoor living, at 320 square feet, a permit would be required. Also, if you plan to install electricity or plumbing, a permit would be also be required. ... more

Hello, here is some further information for you:

This single wide with an expando offers new vinyl windows and slider. There has been a newer central A/C and heating installed. With the nice porch to have your bar-b-ques you can capture the Ojai Mountain views.
The space rent is $667.21 to new buyer. This is just for the rent. In your monthly bill you will have about $100 extra charges and that pays for your separate metered gas, electric, water and sewer charges.

The owner is willing to carry a loan for a well-qualified buyer with minimum 20% down payment.

Hello S Harrison,
Active listings cannot have accepted offers on them. So, Active means just that -- with no offers 'accepted' yet. There are sometimes properties that are on the market, but a actually 'no show' (unofficial status), maening offers need to be written subject to a future inspection -- as in the case of a tenant occupied property where the tenant typically does not allow showings or is unaware of the sale.
Contingent show means that either the Buyer or the Seller, or sometimes Both have a Contingency -- a way to get out of the deal or a necessary element in the transaction. A seller may need to identify their next home of choice and close concurrently. A buyer may need to sell their home, as a contingency, even though they have an escrow opened on their 1st leg. A vast majority of Contingent-Back Up listings are short sales waiting for the short sale lender for the seller to approve of the sales price and terms. Technically, even homes that are 'Pending' can receive back up offers, as long as the seller will allow them to be submitted for consideration. I hope this helps!
