You will not be able to contact anyone until it hits the market. BofA is contractually obligated to deliver the home to HUD. HUD has its own set of guidelines (mainly because of redemption periods for the original owner) so they will not let you buy it until it has been listed with a local agent. It is totally ridiculous and riddled with red tape but it is the government so go figure. ... more
