That's a good question. I'm a resident and I think the HOA is really inflated, much more than other communities nearby. There is no pool or clubhouse, just a gate.

I believe that ad has already been taken down as it is a scam. The home on Hatfield is in escrow for a sale, not a rental. The scammer takes the photos of homes for sale off of the internet and then posts ads with way below market rates. Go to Zillow to get an idea of what the rental rate should be for a particular property. Any ad with the rate about 50% of the true amount is going to be a scam. ... more

There are many more available in Depending on your budget and whether you have pets will narrow the choices. These are for long term rentals. Websites like are for short term furnished vacation rentals.

I agree with Kyle. I see it as a standard sale in the MLS. I do NOT see it as a rental. If the price seems very low and the owner tells you they are in Africa doing missionary work and want you to Western Union the security deposit.... RUN :)

This property in in the Ocean Hills Country Club, which is 55+ and offers lots of amenities. The MLS states that the HOA includes: Cable/TV Services, Common Area Maintenance, Exterior (Landscaping).
Here is some additional information from
Homeowners Fees: Homeowner association fees cover the cost of landscaping and maintaining front yards and common areas, irrigation systems, watering, roof & mailbox repairs, and exterior painting. Monthly homeowner fees for the 2012-2013 fiscal year (April 1 through March 31) range from $407.00 to $458.00, varying from Village to Village.

Amenities: Amenities include: a 2,138-yard par 55, 18-hole executive golf course; lighted tennis courts; paddle tennis courts; bocce ball courts; swimming pool with spa; and much more. In the 30,000-square-foot Clubhouse you will find a Nautilus excercise room, a library, a large auditorium, and many activity rooms. Also available are arts and crafts studios, sewing room, woodworking shop, etc. Examples of classes offered are pencil drawing, Tai Chi, ballroom dancing, and ceramics. Most every city has it's own local free newspaper, in which they normally have a page that lists all police activity in the area since the last publication. Sometimes called "Police Blog". You can find these newspapers at most local merchants in the area of interest such as supermarkets, 7-11, etc. ... more
