The TreeBrooke Recreation Association has a swimming pool for residents of Cherrywood Square, Evergreen Square, Flint Hill, Mayfair Manor, TreeBrooke Condominiums, The Vistas, Vistas of Vienna, and Vistas of Vienna East. This included 646 households. It is really better if real estate agents from out of the area do not try to answer questions that they does not know the answers to.

You would have to get to one of the main roads like route 123, route 50, or Jermantown Road, in order to get a bus. The Vienna Metro station has a park and ride lot. The metro is usually very efficient in getting downtown and points east. ... more

Hello Jing.

Shristhi and I wanted to follow up with you from your posting back in June last year.

The market is GREAT right now. Properties listed for sale are selling quickly, and equally properties listed to rent. So, have you found yourself a property to buy, or do you have any questions that we might be able to help you with?

Best,

My colleagues below have provided excellent answers. Your Realtor..should be able to provide that info. to you. If you are not using one..you should strongly consider it. It costs you nothing more to use a professional well qualified Realtor..but it can cost you plenty if you don't.

If I can help..please contact me.

Lauryn,

Can you see if it can be expanded to 4 br perk or even 5 and what the cost would be? If so, perhaps you can message that into the price. Keep us posted.

The prices in Oakton have remained stable and in good shape. If your home is in good condition, updated appliances, finishes, mechanicals, etc and shows well then your home should sell fairly well and quickly. In Ashburn you will most likely get more home for your dollar (larger home).

Good luck!

Rita Moriarty answered:
Hello Jm,

There are different types of liens. Some are secured by the property. Some, like HELOCS, are personal loans that won't go away with foreclosure. My advice to you is to make an appointment with a foreclosure counselor at a HUD agency. Go to www.hud.gov , click on "foreclosure", and then "talk to a counselor".
