Paula Turley answered:
Hi Fritz, unfortunately that house has not been put up for sale yet. It is in foreclosure, but the bank has not processed the property through the legal system yet in order to be able to post it for sale. My suggestion would be to start working with a Realtor who can help you with your search. We are free to you since the seller typically pays our fee and we represent your best interests and help you find a home that meets your wants/needs. You can call/email me if you would like to know more information.
Take care,
Paula

That house appears to be the one at the end of the dead-end street. If you look at it on google maps, it appears that the rear of the house butts pretty much right up to the edge of the property line, but there appears to be a small side-yard to the northeast under the trees. Click back and forth between map view and satellite view and see. ... more

Tim Bray answered:
HSBC Bank USA currently holds the deed on this property. It appears as though they took ownership in February of this year. The property was originally listed for $69, 900 and reduced shortly thereafter. The email for the last agent that handled the property is elissagigliotti@yahoo.com. She should have the contact information for HSBC. She may not be handling but will be motivated if she has a buyer in hand. Best of luck.

Warmest regards,

Dana Schuster answered:
Right now,you cannot take it at the closing. You can only get it back by amending your taxes. They are working on getting this changed so you can take the $8000 as an interest free bridge loan to be paid back when you get the tax credit. Hopefully that will come to pass soon. There is a lot of confusion about this issue because Shaun donovan announced it as a fact and then had to backtrack. ... more

Anthony, there are currently 4 condos listed within the same complex. If you are interested in taking a look at the ones currently offered, it might be less time consuming. I would be happy to arrange that for you. I can be reached on my cell #860-634-2531 or VM#860-779-6107 x243. Please let me know if I can be of any help.
