Regardless of how it is listed you can get in on Trulia. Ask your Agent if he/she has a trulia account, if he/she does all he/she has to do is claim the listing ( he will know what I'm talking about) He/she can also manually add the listing to trulia as well. ... more

4. Your pre-approval will probably also expire in about 3 months so make sure you are ready to buy when you get approved.

a) prepare your home right for being ready to be put on the market, may be some staging, moving around some furniture or removing some b) may be a fresh color paint on a wall here and there c) carpet cleaning or removal etc. etc.

Realtor who will provide you with the market value of your home and all other preparations necessary to sell your home in a market friendly yet competitive way.
