The truth is none of these or any other agent that isn't the top producer has the professional courtesy to tell you where to find the top producer.

Real Estate agents only care about one thing - the commission.

Where is the list of names with the volume behind it?

What a diservice it is not to be able to easily obtain this information without being grilled as to why it's desired like you're an idiot.

So I say, hey "Realtor", prove your "truley only looking after my best interest" and serve it up!

Hi Sheldon,

Here's my question to you, "do you have to sell?"

If you have to sell, for example to move to another state or for health reasons, then now is a fine time to list your house--but understand that it will likely not bring any more money today than it would have 6 months ago. If you don't have to sell, well then work on the lawn.

If you are anxious to sell for a profit--or let's say "top dollar"--then you have time to plant a Christmas tree farm out back, and about the time the trees are big enough to sell, the market will be back. I promise.

Good luck
