There aren't any 55+ communities if that is what you asking. there are however, many condos near the center of town and train. I would her more then happy to send you available listings from the MLS so you can get a good idea what your options are. 310 Sommerville Place is not for sale. As for the owner information, you can check that information at the Westchester County Courthouse in White Plains in the property records division. Are you interested in single family homes in this area of Yonkers? Currently, there are 28 single family homes on the market in this area starting as low as $90,000 up to $599,000.
