Since you are NOT the owner, Trulia will not do anything with the listing. You need to talk / email your landlord / owner and inform them that the home is an active listing and people are parked outside and asking you questions. Mostly no it's not. I work that area and know the properties pretty well. I also work with someone for flood insurance and if I ever have a doubt I call him to doubt check it for me.
