Yes, you can use TransBridge bus. It has LOTS of departures. Also look at Bieber Bus. They leave from the lot behind Turkey Hill at the ramp for 78 and 412.

I you don't mind the traffic and driving the ride in is about an hour and a half with "normal traffic. There are plenty of connecting routes into route 78 which takes you to NY from PA. The bus ride tends to be closer to 2 hours with the frequent stops that Trans Bridge makes in the western part of NJ and in Easton.
