Hi...
Where in Ma would you like to live and do you have children? How many in your family and if you have children are they school age? Also exactly where in Ma will you be working and do you need to be near public transportation, or close by to it.
I can help you if you can give me more information.
Thank you
Phyllis

Evening leonesimkins, I hope by now you have connected with a local real estate agent and they have given you a sense of what the rental rates should be for your property. Additionally, they can offer a specific estimate of what your property is worth.

If you are still looking for assistance, do not hesitate to call or email.

I worked in Cambridge for 2 years, in Kendall square. I left at 9AM pretty much every morning and on average it would take me 45 minutes. I usually would leave work around 6:30 or so.

In fact with those hours I gather my commute is much better than my current job in the 128 area. Traffic on 128 gets worse and worse.

I work with lenders that will lend in the high 580-600. However, there are many factors though and not many lenders will lend w scores that low. Be careful and make sure you work with a reputable lender. Many will tell you they can do anything and when it comes down to it many can't. ... more

Hi Marie,
Google maps will allow you to see the neighborhood from the street level quite often.

I would contact a local real estate professional to help with this answer and to save time and money.
(I'm on the Cape, but I can help you choose a local pro if you want help doing so.)

Since you know what kind of property you want, I would contact a local real estate professional to help with this answer and to save time and money.

They can use the one that you missed, to help find another like it.

The average list price of everything currently on the market is $462,000. I usually like to report median prices as they tend to be more accurate. The median list price is $330,000.

More important than asking price is the median sale price. Anybody can ask what they want for a home. 20% or more of the homes will have 1 or multiple price reductions and almost 30% of the market will expire or be cancelled unsold.

The median sale price in North Reading for the past year is $350,000.

Every site has pros and cons. This one has a place to be found, but it also distracts from the source of the information. They often have dated and incorrect info. They are in the business of selling ads and collecting emails rather than selling real estate.

Depends on what you are building. Just ask your contractor / builder. The septic will need to be approved by the towns building department.

This property likely needs work since it is bank owned. Probably been abandoned for quite some time.

Unfortunately it is under agreement but bank owned properties take a while to sell so it may come back on the market.
