The process takes from 20 to 60 days;

The new manager is really nice and he helps wherever he can.

Elections will be in March and hopefuly there are more people running for president - I think, a younger one would be no fault.

The garage complex was a mess - yes!
But year by year and section by section you can see an improvement.

The 40year-renovations are in progress or already finished, depending on the building.

To the security:
as long as you are friendly to them, they will be friendly to you.
I never had problems with them.
But if you think, you are their boss ... ouch
Treat people like you want to be treated!!

The area is very secure - thanks to the security guys.

You have 5 minutes to the beach, you have several stores in walking distance, I never had heard that there have been major problems after a hurricane, and if you live there,
you are surrounded by a lot of VERY expensive builings at the beach.

Because of a lot of rich people there you have a lot of Police there - which means, the whole area is very safe.

Where else do you get such a lot of luxury fot that comparable little money?
