Several areas in North Linden is bad. Sorry to be vague, but it really depends on the street, not just the district. It's very important to look at the "crime" details posted on here and like you already did, ask questions. I also have a daughter and we need a safe area to live. Each one of your sensors is a zone. Your front door is probably zone 1. So if your front door is kicked in you will have a burglary zone 1. Your zone 4 could be another contact such as a window that was opened or a motion sensor that went off. ... more

Although I can't answer specifically about the North Linden area, Columbus as a whole barely got ANY snow this past winter! But that is extremely rare.
