If you want to keep the option to rent open, I highly recommend keeping the price on the low end. The two areas you mentioned do rent. We would have to do some analysis of the cost owning and how much income you could expect in return. There are a lot of variables...How much do you have to put down? How's your credit? What can you expect your payment to be?
