First... Nothing to panic about. Texas is a Community Property State, which means she is an equal owner no matter how you slice it. To get everything done in writing, so you don't have to worry about it, I would contact a Real Estate Attorney or any Title Company. They can walk you through it step by step. Easy as Pie really.

Here's the deal on some of these homes listed on Trulia from Realtytrac... Take the info with a grain of salt at best. The vast majority of the time, the homes are either not actually for sale, or, if they are for sale, they are nowhere NEAR the price they have posted. It's like a big tease!

This particular home is 279 SHADY RILL - It is not listed for sale. Back on 05/31/2006 - It was sold for $77,000 and is still owned by that owner.

I see from the deed record that the last recorded sale was on 12/15/2008.

I don't see that the home is currently for sale anywhere... but that does not mean it's not For Sale By Owner... It may not be a bad idea to drive by and see if there is a sign in the yard. I never recommend knocking on the door if there is not a sign, some folks don't like that much.. but from what we can see on our end as Agents, there is no record of this home being for sale.
