To rent or buy? If renting, you need to know that private owners / landlords have the same screening tools that property managers do. They will check credit, employment, income, etc.

Looking to move to North Carolina Boone, Banner, Elk or anywhere in this area. I have picked these two areas because it seems to have the most average snowfall also cooler weather in the summertime being that I have been in Florida after 25 years. I have found some very nice cabins in the $175,000 price range on my own with acreage . I seem to be having a problem with realtor's getting back with me and I wonder if it because it's only $175000 my starting price????
