Debby Roth answered:
Hi Shawn,

Hi Shawn,

My name is Debra Roth. It was a pleasure receiving your inquiry today on Trulia. My company, Century 21 Best Realty, is the firm that you can count on to assist you in buying a home in the Coos County area. Our company holds almost 30% of the market share in our community and has all the resources of Century 21 at its disposal to help you find the home you desire.

I would like the opportunity to give you more information about my qualifications and experience and, more importantly, to identify your needs. I have lived in this community my entire life. Before my Real Estate Career I worked for over 15 years as Director of Membership for a Girl Scout Council and then for a number of years I owned my own Insurance Agency. I am very involved in the community as a member of Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce and numerous community groups. My network is extensive. The Real Estate profession is built on service and integrity and I am committed to providing you with consistent, fine-tuned service tailored to your specific needs.

The property is north of North Bend- Just as you cross the bridge heading north you turn east on East Bay drive. When you reach Kentuck Way you take a left and continue to gurney road where you stay right to the top of the hill.

I would love more information on the type of property you are looking for. Will you need pasture for animals? Do you want a view. Will you be building a home. Will it be a stick built or manufactured home. Is privacy important? Do you want to be in a gated community? How far from town can it be? Do you want a garden? Do you want forest? Will a dirt or gravel road be ok? I can then e-mail you listings that will really meet your criteria. Would you also like general information regarding our community, schools or demographics?

Properties that are priced well are going especially fast. When we locate one that you desire we will need to move quickly. I would recommend that you become pre-approved for financing if that is the direction in which you will purchase your new property. You will want to talk to several lenders to compare total costs. If you would like some recommendations for lenders I can provide you with some. I will also then need a copy of the pre-approval and knowledge of the type of loan you will be getting. Also how much you could put down on the property. This will allow me to help you find the right property. I also need to know if you need to sell your current home first. I would be very happy to contact a qualified agent to help you with this.

I also have a network of other professionals that can help your home buying process run smoothly, from inspectors to contractors.

I look forward to making your property needs my priority!

Warmly yours,

Debra Roth
