San Diego has had less than a 2% vacancy rate for rentals in this neighborhood for over 40 years. Although nobody has a crystal ball, there really isn't any data to make one think that the next 40 years will be any different.

Please listen to warnings that come from licensed real estate agents. If you avoid the legitimate professional resources available to renters in the area and/or you chase a rental possibility that sounds too good to be true and/or has you obtaining a rental home through a very unique process you're opening the door for these scams.
