We currently do not have listings for rent to own homes. You may try your luck though and search our website using the Keyword section of the search filter which can be found in the All Filters button. However, these listings are extremely rare.

Thank you for using Trulia!

It is one thing to ask if there is crime;
It is quite another thing to ask us WHY?

Realtors cannot comment on crime, in either case;
Just like Religion and Race, if we commented, positively or negatively, it could be called "Steering" and a Realtor could be sanctioned for it.

Use your GOOGLE and research the crime yourself..

This was posted in a general forum. I often see questions posted this way without attaching the link or more detailed information.

One way to get your point to the person responsible is to click on the "contact agent" link. This will take you directly to that agent. Keep in mind if it is a rental property it could be a scam. If it is for sale the information is pulled from the MLS. If it shows as 3 bedrooms vs 5 one reason could be that the other 2 bedrooms are non-conforming or the tax records have not been updated.

Agents do not intentionally set out to put out bad information, especially on the side of saying something that makes the property less desirable. In order for us to assist in righting a wrong we need more information.

Keep in mind that agents on Trulia volunteer their time to be of help.

All the best to you.
