When looking to sell your home, always consult with your real estate professional who will provide you with a CMA, Comparative Market Analysis. This Price Analysis takes into account all homes that have sold in the past, are active right now ( your competition ) and will sell in the future ( aka Pending Sales ). Please contact me and I'll provide you with a free home CMA.

As a full-time Realtor I invite you to put my Marketing Degree to work for you.

Linda is correct this is not an active listing and has not been listed since the current owners purchased it many years ago, The best way to find your new home is to work with an experienced real estate agent who can search for homes for you in the area and the price range you are looking for. Working only with listing agents is not in your best interest. A good buyer's agent will represent your interests and help you get the best price and negotiate inspections etc.
Feel free to give me a call if I can be of help.

You absolutly have marital rights to the property in PA. How much that is worth to you will be a function of law and negotiation. Run do not walk to your nearest family law lawyer.

Although it is under contract, there is a contingency. What this means is if you like this property, I can discuss with the agent and possibly get your offer looked at. I would have to speak with you first to discuss your level of seriousness/readiness and your financial ability.

You can also continue your search by searching for Newtown area homes here:,CONDO,FARM/listingtype/Resale%20New,Foreclosure%20Bank%20Owned,Short%20Sale

I think we can help you with getting information on reducing your taxes. My partner was helping our clients gather information to appeal their taxes all last spring and summer. If you purchased your property six years ago, the value of your home has most probably dropped somewhat along with the rest of the market. If you can show the tax assessor that your market value has dropped, you may have a case to have your assessment reduced. However, the assessor divides your assessment by a factor, determined by them, to approximate their idea of market value. Every July 1st they redetermine this factor. This past July they changed that factor significantly, which made more difficult to have a successful appeal. If you can let me know your address or assessment, I can tell you exactly what the county says your market value should be. If you can prove it is lower (with an appraisal, for instance) you can get a tax reduction. You can do this with or without an attorney. ... more

Hello Sharon,

It is very important to work with an experienced Realtor, which is what I am. This property is not listed anymore. It went as a rental and was taken off of the market. But to further answer your question, as-issimply indicateds that the seller is not responsible for Use and occuancy,or any repairs . You get a home inspection first, and if you choose to you purchase the home . You may or may not have repairs. Also, the house is in Northampton Township, with a Newtown PO Box.

When your looking for a Realtor who knows Bucks county,I know the area.

Hi Sandra,
I am the neighborhood expert and have lived in the area for twenty -five years, THis is a great neighborhood including pool, tennis courts and many amentities. The condo fee is 155.00 monthly and you only need to insure the interior of the condo not the exterior. I would be happy to be just looking with you.

Hi Joe,
I just spoke to my friend and family realtor for all my referral business in Newtown, who also sits on the town planning board. He says that the taxes depend on the age of the home. A 50 year old home would be approx.
$6,000 while newer construction would be double that. If you would like a referral, just let me know.
