Congratulations on the job, I understand that it is a great place to work with advancement opportunity. I see that you have received some answers from some very qualified Realtors, we are not miracle makers but do not get discouraged as rentals change on a daily basis. If you find a Realtor on top of things, my advice is to stick with them, not all Realtors are willing to take on rentals. My advice to you is to have your documents in order, your credit history, money ready to act on what you see and some information about job history. Best of luck!

The schools are falling short of the "grade". The water tax is another huge burden placed on the tax payers of Newton. .No school busing, no garbage pick up. Crime rate is up! Hi there. I did some research on your home. Is it correlated with Black Creek Farm? I also did not find it on trulia. Are you trying to sell your home?

If so, and you already have an agent, discuss with them that you want your home listed on, while they are at it ask them if they can put it on a few other sites for you if they have not already. is a good one.

Or if it is not up for sale, what exactly are you looking for?
