From my experience anyone getting a loan in the USA needs to have a social security number. The best way for a Foreign investor to purchase a property here is to obtain a loan in their own country and transfer funds which will then be processed like a cash purchase. Let me know if I can help more or direct you to a Mortgage professional to answer more of your finance questions.
