I have noticed a lot of these popping up and from what I see, no, they are bit legit! You can easily go to zillow or another site and type in the address and often times the true price will be there. I don't know if its typos or what, but its upsetting and misleading for the house to be advertised for something its not! And there should be a sure way that the info provided is 100% accurate for the consumers. I noticed a lot of the houses have been rented too, and they are still posted as up for rent! ... more
