Hi Mountain,

I can look that up for you.

send me an email with the APN #

Do you have a street name, a city or zip, an approximate acreage size? Is it raw land or is there a house on it?

Just Curious here. Why this one and not one of the dozens of listed properties in the area that are listed for sale?

Hi Nora,

Maybe I was unclear. this is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home PLUS a 2 bedroom/1 bath unit above the garage. So, if you are in need of a 3B/2ba, this could do it for you! Plus, you would have a nice space above the garage for guests or in-laws, etc.

My apologies if I was unclear! My offer still stands to take a look at it anytime...

On January 14, 2009 Countrywide Home Loans foreclosed upon this property. Nobody bid over the opening bid at the courthouse steps auction. When nobody buys a foreclosed house at the courthouse steps, it is recorded as a "trustee sale"

The trulia reference you cited is somewhat innacurate in its wording; the home was not "sold" to anyone. The minimum bid that day was $484,000.*

When Countrywide eventually lists this home for sale, they are likely to price it at market value or even higher to start. If you would like to notified when this, or any other house, becomes listed onto the MLS you can click on my profile, send me an email, and I will set up an automatic email alert for you for this property.

*A winning bid would have to had paid cash, on the spot, received no reports, inspections, warranties, or title insurance.

**Purchasing a home listed on MLS, through a Realtor allows you to have inspectons, reports, title insurance,, financing, and contingencies.
