There are numerous locations in McClain County where homes are being built on 1/2 acre and larger lots.

There are a lot of questions that need to be answered to help you find the right development.
Home square footage, price, school district and area, amenities in the home, etc. Are you only looking for new construction or would a newer home work?

Please feel free to contact me and I will be glad to help you locate a development or home.

Depending on which school system you want to be in or how close to Norman this is a tough rental market.

I have one 3/2 brick home with a single car carport in Cleveland County. The home has about 1500 SF and sits on 5 acres.

Feel free to contact me for more information.

I work for Canadian County Assessor's office and I'm not going to say that it never happens, but I have not seen many properties that went to a tax auction that didn't have several liens etc on them. Most have thousands of dollars worth of liens to the city for clean-up etc. Many have State and Federal tax liens. Be leary when you bid/attempt to purchase one of these homes and be VERY diligent on your research. ... more
