Newberry Springs abounds with Meth Addicts, makers of Meth and thieves who are constantly on the lookout for newbies moving into the area. Numerous Drug Busts and illegals in the area. There are a few other parcels of land for sale right now in that area, priced between $130-225K. One of them has been on the market for 1.5yrs. I'm only seeing 1 sale of acreage in the area for this year, it was 150acres for $100K

I can give you a short list of #'s for agents working in this area with land, just shoot me an email.
