Your question came through in the New Smyrna Beach area of Florida, we do not have a Kings Point unless it is a manufactured home community it would not be on the beachside though. New Smyrna Beach is about 3- 31/2 hours north of Hollywood, Florida. Please fee free to give me a call with any questions I would be happy to assist you if I am able.

P.S. When indicating "desired location", please let me know if you want to live beachside (oceanfront or within blocks of ocean), riverfront, or, on the Intracoastal (Do you have a boat? What is draft/water depth requirements? or Do you have a kayak or canoe and would like access to estuary?), inland (Do you have horses or desire acreage for farming?) or in-town where shops and restaurants can be accessed without a car? - Susan Patterson, Keyes CELL: 386-847-2995 ... more

Contact your insurance broker and ask him to run a CLUE report on the property. This will tell you if there have been any claims made on the property, the nature of the claim and any amount paid.
