Hello Jmpaige,
You are allowed to park you boat for 48 hours at a time in the parking lot. There is no formal boat storage site at Seawoods in New Smyrna Beach. There are other off site locations available to park your boat. Let me know if you would like to see any of the units for sale. There are other complexes that have boat storage. Let me know.

Currently there are over 500 Condos for sale in New Smyrna Beach. Prices range from $53,000 to over 2 million. The closer you get toward I-95 the less selection of condos. The majority of the condos are going to be located closer to the beach. I would be happy to assist you with your search. Let me know the price range and size unit you are looking for and I can send you some options. The New Smyrna Beach real estate market is hot right now, but there are still good deals on the market,
