I am looking to move to Fl next year. I hope to find a one or two bedroom furnished apartment with a patio or balcony. I would love the place I rent to be no more than 10 min drive from the beach and have a pool on site. Is it possible to find for less than $600 per month. Also must be pet friendly. ... more

The email that I got back from this property is: "I work with the united nations development program in Scotland and getting transfered to Africa. Wants all kinds of info on you and 1 month security or 2 months security" Wants it up front before any papers are signed or keys turned over. I talked to someone else and they had the same thing for another property. They found their property on Craigs list. So beware. ... more

Zadojosie,

As Keith noted, there are no attached properties. That said, my best guess [your profile notes Spring Hill], and that you have posted within 'Rentals in New Port Richey'.

If this is the case, I would need either more information -or a price range, as there are several rental communities within New Port Richey.

Just an fyi- I have a never lived in Gulf view 3/2 with boat slip available in a very well run hurricane rated waterfront condominium that is pet friendly.

Hi Jennifer,

As with most communities, there are areas of Holiday that are a pleasure to live and there are areas I would not move my worst enemy into.
