Maybe Vicki Banister at beacon Reality. The other rentals jack the rent up 100 to 150 dollars above section 8 The rent affordability gross rent TTP+ Max Subsidy which for a 2 bedroom for me is 600 and If I find a 3 bedroom it is 600 also. every one is different. But this leaves many home Owners with Empty rentals and when they foreclose, guess who gets them nest eggs when renters are unable to come close..Who did not rent your houses? and they sale them quick after for closing or rent them. Call eastern plains regional housing and see if they have a list of anyone who still owns a rental that will rent to section 8....
Don't be fooled and taken advantage of by realty on the list that want application fee's for you to qualify.Section 8 already has done your back ground checks and they have rental leases.. You have just been cleared by Federal Gov and it was pure hell getting that approved...Nuff Said!!!

I'm looking for a similar answer. My listing agreement states the I'm responsible to pay the gross sales tax for both the buyer and sellers comission. My attorney says it's negotiable, but I'm not sure what the norm is, and I haven't signed the agreement bc the broker says I'm on the hook.... Btw I think gross sales tax is different in each county. For starters we have the best weather on the planet. Very outdoorsy types do well here. Incredible hiking, Sandias, beautiful mountain, a tram, the nations longest span, transports you from the desert floor to the top of the Sandia mountains were there is a lodge, ski resort and wonderful restaurant/lounge at 10,000 foot, overlooking the entire valley floor... A sunset here is just worldly! and by the way its not a ride ... its a flight! you arrive mountain top in less than three minutes! There are only three towers its amazing! Hike to the fire lookout... a 1933 conservation core fire lookout... stone cabin... very cool.

When in New MEXICO, ONE MUST TAKE A HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE... WE ARE KNOW WORLD WIDE FOR THE ALBUQUERQUE BALLON FIESTA, THE LARGEST HOT AIR BALLOONING EVENT IN THE WORLD!

Take the Rail Runner to Santa Fe! its a high speed bullet train, While at the Depot try a green chile hamburger! Old town, touristy... We also are surrounded by 6 Pueblos, Native American ARTS, JEWELY HISTORIC... IN FACT, One pueblo, Acoma is the oldest continually inhabited site in North America ! Definitely worth a visit!
