Jdhootiejudy: Newer construction and developments are available in every direction of New Lenox, IL. That's pretty much true anywhere in the Lincoln-Way Area or elsewhere in Will County. Some developers even have multiple subdivision and new construction locations ... Hartz Construction being one of them. It's getting harder and harder to tell where one town or township ends and the other begins, especially as you head south.

Ida nailed it right on the head. Why get involved in a house that won't appraise for the loan. I will bet you cancel the transaction and the seller will lower their price to the loan appraisal. There are so many houses competing for so few qualified buyers
